It's much more than keeping the lights on. It's about changed lives both here and around the world. Because of your generous giving, Journey Ministries can provide Nursery, Journey Jr., Journey Kids, Youth group ministries, small groups, Bible studies, and Worship services. We are also able to take care of physical needs in our local community. Providing these financial gifts allows us to take care of physical needs while speaking of the spiritual need, found only through Jesus Christ. At Journey, we believe giving is an act of worship. Our secure online giving platform lets you easily set up a recurring gift via your debit card, credit card, or checking account. So, before you give, ask "God, what do you want to do through me?" and then respond obediently.

Why do we give?

God is the ultimate giver who gave the most precious gift imaginable – His Son Jesus – to die on the cross for our sins. Our lives are transformed by the gospel of Christ. When we learn to give generously, it changes us, making us more like our generous Creator.

What is a tithe? What is an offering?

The word "tithe" literally means tenth or 10%. Tithing is giving the first ten percent of our income back to God. The Bible says that everything we have comes from Him, so tithing is actually returning to God what belongs to Him. When we tithe, we are putting God first in our lives and trusting Him to provide for all of our needs. An offering is anything we give beyond the 10%.

Is my giving tax deductible?

Yes. All donations are tax deductible. You will receive a giving statement at the end of the year. If you have any questions about your giving feel free to email [email protected]

What is online giving?

Online giving is the ability to give a donation or schedule a series of donations using your debit or credit card or your bank account. Journey Ministries uses the giving platform "RebelGive". A safe and secure church giving app specifically designed for church online giving.
