Journey Ministries Lead Leadership Team (JMLT)
With Christ at the center, Journey is led by a church-elected leadership team. The Leadership Team serves primarily as discerners, shepherds, conscience and guardians of the church. The team is made up of up to 9 members, plus the Lead Pastor. The JMLT is entrusted with establishing the overall vision and providing leadership for the church as a whole.
